Grape: 100% Aladasturi
Made from the red grape variety Aladasturi, a native grape from Imereti region in western Georgia. Fermented in Qvevri. Garnet-hued red, with aromas of red berries and dried floral notes. Wild berries, red plum, sour cherry on the pallet, with a touch of spicy and elegant tannin. This is a light red best enjoyed slightly chilled.
An ideal wine for French charcuterie such as patés, terrines, rillettes, various cold cuts, and with white rind cheese.
