Collection: Barolo: Francesco Rinaldi

The history of the winery Francesco Rinaldi and the region Barolo have been deeply intertwined. Both the wineries Francesco Rinaldi and Giuseppe Rinaldi were born back in the nineteenth century from the split of the big Barale-Rinaldi firm.

Today, the estate is managed by Luciano Rinaldi and his nieces Paola and Piera Rinaldi. This is an estate which champoined the traditionalist style of Barolo (long maceration and aging in large oak barrels).

Located in the heart of the Cannubi Hills (at Cannubi Boschis), this is an estate owning some of the best vineyards in Barolo. All grapes for their Langhe Nebbiolo and Barolo Classico are coming from Cru Barolo vineyards in La Morra, Barolo and Castiglione Falletto.
Francesco Rinaldi excels in making traditional and vertical Barolo with good depth and great fragrances.
