Collection: Torocco Winery, Hokkaido

The micro-grower Torocco winery from  is a creation by Aki-Nagao. Which the restaurant based in Sapporo, Hokkaido (北海道 札幌市). Aki-Nagao, curated by Akihiro Nagao (長尾 彰浩), is the local's best keep secret for its fine source of food and wine-food pairing. For its limited production, Torocco's wine can only be enjoyed in the restaurant. (Picture above is taken by Aki-Nagao, they are curently serving the 2 Pet-Nat.)

Torocco is a newly-established micro-grower that is still building their winemaking facilities, so the wines are currently made in Nora Kura (農楽蔵) and 10R, 2 wineries in Hokkaido whose wine are impossible to get outside Japan.
