Collection: Calabria: Ippolito

With over 170 years of history, Ippolito is the oldest winery in Calabria that is still under operation. Located in the historic center of Cirò Marina, the heart of Calabrian viticulture, the 100-hectare vineyard distributed between rolling hills and sunny plains near the Ionian Sea. The winery aims at recovering traditions and lost native grapes. 

The vineyards (Mancuso, Feudo and Difesa Piana) are located in the DOC Cirò. The training system adopted is mainly the horizontal spurred cordon, a small part is alberello.
