Serve the dry 2016 Vignasilan at 12 to 14 °C to get the exotic honey and floral notes on the bouquet and palate. At this temperature, the wine is completely balanced and irresistible. Like a GG riesling from Germany, Vignasilan is made from fully ripen Vespaiola, fermented completely dry. We recommend to match Vignasilan with various seafood dishes, white and green asparagus, and polenta with seasalt.
