From 40 years old vines, fermented and aged in vats.
Very expressive wine in the nose as in the mouth on the fruit. The mouth is carried by a nice fat, which combined with the natural acidity, gives it a very particular length. Drink as an aperitif, but goes very well with fish dishes, seafood, and also with an old-fashioned veal blanquette.
Grape: 50 % Grenache Blanc, 40% Roussanne, 10% Marsanne
