Winemaking: Fermented with natural yeast after 12 hours of cold soaking. Aged 6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks.
Intense aromas reminiscent of kiwi, green apple, pear, yellow grapefruit, melon, jasmine and lemon blossom, hints of fresh grass, green tea, thyme, with scents of butter, white pepper and vanilla. The mouthfeel is soft, with well-integrated alcohols. The freshness is lively and youthful, blending beautifully with its minerality. The taste is intense, refreshing. Aromas are confirmed on the palate and emphasize the elegance of the wine, which is medium-bodied and long-lasting.
