Floral notes of rose and violet. Rather off-beat as a Nebbiolo, quite rustic when just opened, with nose of berry pie, fruit jam. The elegance shown on the second day, as nose of fresh rose, violet and black pepper is developing.
Winemaking: The whole bunch is harvested by hand, followed is de-stemmed. Maceration last for 5-7 days with temperature control. The wine is then aged in large oak barrels for 3 months.
