Grape: 100% Tempranillo
Place: Labastida, Rioja Alavesa, La Rioja, Spain. Sourced from a high altitude 500 m vineyard at the most northern part of the whole Rioja region., just below the Toloño mountain.
Winemaking: The grapes were hand-harvested of September 20th 2022, of which 100% was de-stemmed. Fermentation took place in open-top vessels. The wine then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Production: 1790 bottles (with individual bottle number)
