A blend of selected vineyards from Serralunga d'Alba (Cru Serra, Cru Manocino, and Cru San Bernardo). All three vineyards are east facing and at 350 meters altitudes, giving great freshness to the wine. This wine was skin macerated and fermented by natural yeast for 3 weeks and aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for 3 years.
