A wine to celebrate the 160 anniversary of the winery in 2005. Please note "160 ANNI" now becomes wine name - and Ippolito is 177 years old in 2022.
Ruby red in colour, with elegant nose of berries, violets, dried raisins and sweet spice.
Grapes: Gaglioppo
Winemaking: The grapes are left to mature indoor until end of November. Long maceration on the skins is followed, before ageing in oak barrels for over 12 months.
