
Grape: Pinot Grigio (Sivi means Grey)
Winemaking: Natural yeast fermentation, skin maceration for 6 hours. Aged on lees for 6 months, 30% in barrels, 70% in stainless steel tanks.
Golden yellow colour with a coppery hue. Pronounced nose of orange peel, tangerine, boiled peach, and yellow plum. Intense and elegant, with warmth on the palate, taste of tangerine and Mediterranean herbs tangerine express beautifully. Good balance of freshness and minerality. Enjoy with crab, lobster, and fried shrimps.
