From high altitude south west facing vineyards. Carema with the structure and profile of a great grand cru Pinot Noir. Its bouquet made our eyes watery.
Winemaking: Grapes were destemmed, pressed, and fermented with natural yeast in concrete tanks. 1.5 months skin maceration. Aged 18 months in tonneau and 2 months in concrete tanks before bottling.
Winery notes: A great freshness which together with the marked minerality gives rise to a harmonious and full sip of 14.5% but completely imperceptible, already very elegant and with an impalpable tannic texture.
