A blend of different vineyards around the Carema Amphitheatre. A soft and beautiful red wine filled with sweet red fruits.
Winemaking: Grapes were destemmed, pressed, and fermented with natural yeast in concrete tanks. 1.5 months skin maceration. Aged 18 months in tonneau and 2 months in concrete tanks before bottling.
Winery notes: A very beautiful vintage that combines the classic juice, good strength and energetic minerality of Carema with an excellent quality center of the mouth, thick and elegant. 13% alcohol.
