This is a sweet Primitivo obtained from sun-ripened grapes from a special vineyard selection. Made in the style of a Dolce Naturale.
Luca Attanasio made "Fioremio" in a traditional way. In August, when the grapes began to be ripen, the canes of the vines will be broken by hand, and left to dried on the vines until the late September (20 September, in the 2018 vintage). This halted the acid dropping process and the resultant wine is therefore fresh, and full of vibrancy.
