Harvest: 12th October 2023, grapes sourced from vineyards of Yoichi (余市), Hokkaido
Production: 589 bottles made, zero SO2 added, natural yeast fermentation
Tasting notes: 25% Whole Bunch, 75% De-stemmed. Nose of dried rose paddles, touch of sandal wood, cherry tomato. Palate is soft, medium to light concentration, juice of pomegranate, tomato and ripe strawberry.
