Aleš’s approach, honed over decades, rejects herbicides and synthetic additives, relying instead on native yeasts, long maceration periods in Slovenian oak, and meticulous attention to natural rhythms. His methods have earned Movia recognition as a pioneer of Slovenia’s natural wine movement, with organic certification secured in 2004.
