The flagship wine of Campogrande, if not the entire Cinque Terre region! After fermentation, the best Bosco and Albarola were selected and aged in two barriques. This is a wine which rivals the best of Premier Cru white Burgundy.
The wine was named after Telemachus, a figure of Greek mythology, the son of Ulysses and Penelope. Telemachus never stopped looking for his father, who, after the Trojan War, sailed the waters of the Mediterranean for years before returning home. The courage, inventiveness and tenacity of Ulysses are equally important for a winemaker undertaking the very difficult challenge of making wine in the Cinque Terre.
