Production: 937 bottles made, zero SO2 added, natural yeast fermentation
Tasting notes: Nose of muscat grape, white peach, fresh sour dough, touch of pink guava, palate of smooth savoury touch of 'dashi' like texture, salted citrus peel, and green prunes.
